Local Producers Now Invited to Attend! Sunday 4th July sees the first Surrey Food Festival at the top of Dorking’s Box Hill, which will be FREE to all Visitors. This is a Partnership between the National Trust, Surrey Gourmet Catering and local producers. All local producers are now being invited to book a place by downloading the booking form at the Festival Web Site at: As an Incentive, all Stall Holders will have Free Parking, a Free Surrey Picnic Hamper Lunch for two and continuous tea and coffee plus a FREE Entry in the Festival leaflet and an FREE Entry on the Festival Web Site - www.Local2Home.co.uk Rather than being “just another Farmer’s Market”, the concept of the Surrey Produce Festival 2010 is to There will be a series of demonstrations including local Surrey Chef Tom Turvill who will, in the morning, be showing how various cuts of Surrey Lamb can be used at home, and in the afternoon he will be working with Surrey Pork. Tom will also be showing how to cook these cuts, with plenty of opportunity for Visitors to Taste Real Surrey Food and obtain recipe ideas!
